While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure minimal wait time. You can book online, via phone, or through our Telegram.

Please bring a valid ID and any previous dental records or X-rays if available. If you have dental insurance, bring your insurance card as well.

Yes! Your first consultation including an oral examination is completely free for new patients. Additional diagnostic procedures like X-rays may have a small fee.

Our team speaks Khmer, English, and basic Chinese. We can also arrange interpreters for other languages with advance notice.

Treatment Questions

We use modern anesthesia and gentle techniques to ensure all procedures are as painless as possible. Many patients tell us they felt nothing during treatment. We also offer sedation options for anxious patients.

Professional teeth whitening results typically last 6-12 months, depending on your diet and oral hygiene habits. We provide a take-home maintenance kit to extend your results.

The full implant process takes 3-6 months, including healing time. The surgical procedure itself is usually done in 1-2 hours. We'll provide a temporary solution while your implant heals.

We recommend a child's first dental visit by age 1 or within 6 months of their first tooth appearing. Early visits help prevent problems and get children comfortable with the dentist.

We accept cash (USD and KHR), Visa/Mastercard, ABA Pay, ACLEDA Pay, and bank transfers. For larger treatments, we offer installment payment plans.

Yes, we work with most major insurance providers in Cambodia. Please bring your insurance card and we'll verify your coverage before treatment. We can also provide documentation for international insurance claims.

Yes! For treatments over $500, we offer interest-free installment plans of up to 6 months. Ask our staff about flexible payment options during your consultation.

Emergency Care

Severe toothache, knocked-out tooth, broken/cracked tooth, swelling, bleeding that won't stop, or a lost filling/crown. If in doubt, call us — we'd rather check and reassure you.
